Job Description - Marketing Specialist

Rob Levine Law is a fast-growing, client-focused law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services and results. We’re looking for a well-rounded Marketing Specialist with B2C experience to help elevate our brand, support client acquisition efforts, and ensure our digital presence is optimized across platforms. 

Position Overview: 
As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and capable of managing a variety of tasks—from digital presence optimization to social media and content creation. 


Key Responsibilities: 
  • Google Business Profile & Local SEO: 
  • Manage and optimize multiple Google Business Profiles for firm locations. 
  • Ensure consistency of business information across directories. 
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and engage with local communities online. 
  • Digital Marketing & Research: 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies. 
  • Assist with campaign planning and performance tracking (paid and organic). 
  • Social Media Management: 
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). 
  • Monitor engagement and support community management. 
  • Design & Content Support: 
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, social media graphics, email templates) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Support website updates and ensure content is fresh and aligned with brand guidelines. 
  • General Marketing Support: 
  • Assist in planning and executing events or webinars. 
  • Support email marketing efforts and database management. 
  • Collaborate with legal teams to identify content opportunities or firm updates worth promoting. 
Qualifications: 
  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, particularly local SEO and Google Business Profiles. 
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). 
  • Familiarity with basic design tools and an eye for visual branding. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Experience working in or with a professional services or legal environment is a plus.
