Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing Argus Properties’ digital presence across hospitality, commercial leasing, and residential portfolios. This role focuses on website design and maintenance, content creation, SEO strategy, and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, ensuring all digital assets are visually engaging, optimized for search, and aligned with Argus brand standards. This role works cross-functionally to support leasing, hospitality operations, and corporate initiatives through effective marketing strategies and materials.
Key Responsibilities: Website Management & Design - Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of all company websites - Update website content, layouts, and user experience - Coordinate with third-party vendors and platforms
Content Creation & Copywriting - Write and edit content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns - Ensure alignment with brand voice - Develop marketing copy for ads and promotions
SEO & Digital Performance - Implement SEO strategies including keyword research and optimization - Monitor performance using Google Analytics - Improve search rankings and conversions
Digital Marketing & Campaigns - Support digital advertising and campaign tracking - Assist with email marketing campaigns and analytics - Collaborate with external partners
Marketing Support Across Divisions - Support hospitality, commercial leasing, and residential marketing - Create brochures, presentations, and leasing materials - Assist with development marketing initiatives
Collaboration & Strategy - Work with internal teams on marketing initiatives - Contribute to annual strategy and planning - Provide performance reporting and insights
Additional Responsibilities - Coordinate photo shoots - Assist with press releases - Attend events as needed - Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications - Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong SEO and website management knowledge - Proficiency in Google Analytics and CMS platforms - Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
