The Master Swim Coach is responsible for providing advanced swim instruction and stroke development training to swimmers seeking to improve their technique, efficiency, endurance, and overall performance in the water. Working with intermediate recreational swimmers, competitive swimmers, and triathletes, this role focuses on stroke correction, technical skill development, individualized feedback, and progressive training plans designed to help participants achieve their swimming goals.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with a high level of interest in working with the YMCA HBB as a charitable organization.
