Job Description

You will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. You will report to the Warehouse Team Lead and work onsite.

Your Responsibilities:

• Sign for and unload incoming packages and freight (courier or truck) using a forklift or pump cart.
• Inspect all incoming materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately receive purchase orders into Epicor in a timely manner.
• Print pick lists and kit materials to support the production schedule.
• Transfer, issue, and stage materials to ensure production timelines are met.
• Maintain and update shortage report.
• Transport materials between internal facilities using a company rental truck.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to support operational efficiency.
• Support additional operational tasks as required.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year equivalent work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 1 year equivalent work experience.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $43,200 - $64,800 with an annual target bonus of 4% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
