Mechanical Field Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Leading the review and oversight of mechanical system installations
• Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specs
• Collaborating with consultants, engineers, and trades for project success
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Providing clear direction and resolving challenges on site
• Developing strong client relationships
• Managing project budgets and schedules effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or trade certification
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical construction experience
• 3-5 years of supervisory foreman or superintendent roles
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and specs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
