Our FYidoctors - Miramichi clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as a Medical Associate.
This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.
You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Medical Associate, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

What Will You Be Doing?â¯
Primary focus is on pre-testing patients before they see the Optometrist
Secondary focus is on assisting other areas of the clinic as needed
Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skillsâ¯
What Do You Bring?
Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
