What you can expect when joining the team

As a member of the medical billing operations team, you will be responsible for handling the entire medical billing cycle for our clients on a biweekly basis. You will participate in all tasks of your team while having full responsibility for certain files. This position requires a minimum of two days a week in our Quebec or Montreal office.

Your daily life

In your day to day, you will be led to:

• Validate the medical billing entries made by our general practitioner clients using the most efficient medical billing software in the province;
• Write client file follow-ups;
• Verify account statements, analyzing errors, and reissuing unpaid claims;
• Ensure impeccable customer service, whether through messaging or phone calls;
• Prepare various reports to ensure the management of the complete medical billing cycle;
• Participate in continuous internal training on medical billing;
• Perform any other related tasks.
