WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
Portfolio & Vendor Leadership
- Own the Canadian commercial strategy for assigned interventional and surgical product portfolios.
- Act as primary liaison to global manufacturing partners.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and performance alignment discussions.
- Manage pricing strategy, margin protection, and profitability optimization.
- Align demand forecasting with the supply chain to reduce back orders and obsolescence risk.
Clinical & Field Engagement
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert across Cath Lab, IR, and OR environments.
- Translate complex clinical evidence into compelling value propositions.
- Support high\-value case evaluations and engage key opinion leaders (KOL).
- Develop impactful training programs, sales tools, and competitive positioning materials.
- Execute successful product launches in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Analyze Canadian procedure trends.
- Monitor competitive dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Track product mix and margin performance, implementing corrective action when required.
- Present strategic plans and insights to senior leadership and external partners.
