MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGIST  (MRT)

(MODIFIED FULL TIME - 0.8 FTE)

Two (2) modified full time (0.8FTE) Medical Radiation Technologist positions are available at Groves Memorial Community Hospital (GMCH).

These positions are unionized with OPSEU.

REQUIREMENTS:

• CMRITO Designation


• Membership with CAMRT


• OAMRT (asset to have)


• CT experience is an asset (willing to train) 


• Mammography experience is an asset (willing to train)


• Demonstrated ability to work responsibly in a team environment


• Demonstrated effective communications, organization and interpersonal skills


• Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands


• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with many and varied internal and external individuals, groups, and agencies


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  


• Other duties as required


• Satisfactory performance and attendance required


• Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date


• Must provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check


• Must complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment prior to being hired
  

HOURS OF WORK:

• Available for all shifts (days, evenings & weekends) as per department schedule


• Stand-by/On-call as per department needs

SALARY: $36.84 - $50.24 per hour
