WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
Strategic Growth: Develop and implement territory sales plans focused on achieving corporate goals within the Interventional product portfolio.
Clinical Support: Gain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to provide dedicated support to clinicians in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Vascular Surgery.
Educational In\-Servicing: Conduct product demonstrations and provide in\-servicing on application and deployment for hospital customers.
Relationship Management: Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain excellent relationships across all hospital accounts.
Requirements
WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?
Education & Training
A bachelorâs degree in Business or Healthcare.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in the medical device industry.
Specialization: Prior experience selling to hospital call points is required, with preference for those with backgrounds in Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, or Vascular Surgery.
Track Record: A proven history of setting and achieving personal performance goals for sales volume and new client acquisition.
Skills & Competencies

Bilingualism: Proficiency in both English and French is required for this territory.
Communication: Exceptional presentation, organizational, and strategic problem\-solving skills.
