What You’ll Do:

The Member Service Representative (MSR) is excited about the opportunity to engage with our members and deliver a memorable member experience when assisting them with their day-to-day banking needs. You are eager to learn about financial products and services and what makes Credit Unions unique from other financial institutions. You are passionate about helping your community, interested in being part of a remarkable team, and want to help grow prosperity in Prince Edward Island. The MSR recognizes referral opportunities in dealings with members and will recommend additional products from within the Credit Union to meet the member’s needs. 

What You Have:

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma


• Demonstrated experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service. 
  

Skills and Abilities

• Member Service Orientation: Demonstrates a proactive and friendly approach to engaging with members, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.


• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and convey information clearly.


• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using and demonstrating digital platforms and tools such as ATMs, mobile banking,  online banking systems, and general office applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Salary range for this position: $45,100 - $50,090.

Bondability Requirement
