The Parts Advisor is responsible for selling parts to all available customers – over the counter, through the shop or on the phone while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.


• Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly professional manner.


• Read and understand parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.


• Pull and fill orders from stock verifying accuracy and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor preferred

Pay: $91,000 - $120,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc.  The hourly rate for this position ranges from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour.  Commissions range from $55,000 to $79,000 per year based on performance.
