The Opportunity

As a Merchandise Assistant, you are the co-pilot to our Product Management team. You aren't just behind the scenes; you are an essential part of the engine that brings our seasonal assortments to life. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role where you’ll balance the art of fashion trends with the science of data-driven retail strategy.

Your Daily Adventures

• Partner directly with the Product Manager to architect seasonal product assortments that wow our customers and hit our sales targets.


• Take full ownership of sample management. You’ll be the gatekeeper for all in-season products, ensuring our library is organized and ready for action.


• Manage and maintain seasonal product worksheets, collaborating cross-functionally (Design, Wholesale, etc.) to ensure every detail is 100% accurate.


• Dive into weekly sales and business trends. You’ll help identify the "hidden gems" and areas of opportunity that can positively impact the bottom line.


• Stay ahead of the curve. You’ll produce quarterly competition reports, analyzing the landscape for emerging trends and pricing comparables to keep us one step ahead.


• Drive communication across the business—from Design to Retail and Wholesale—ensuring everyone is aligned and moving at the same speed.

Your Toolkit

• You have a DEC, Bachelor’s, or Fashion Merchandising Diploma (or equivalent).


• You’re a pro in MS Excel and Google Applications. If you know your way around Power BI, that’s a major plus!


• You have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. You’re solution-oriented, analytical, and have a keen eye for detail.


• You thrive in an ever-changing environment and can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.


• You are an effective communicator in both English and French (written and verbal).
