The mission of the Merchandiser at Cozey As Merchandiser, reporting to Evan Clabots, VP Product & Innovation, you’ll shape product storytelling and collaborate with marketing on launches. By analyzing market trends and sales data, you’ll inform priorities and provide the product team with insights and data on product performance and customer satisfaction.   What you'll be doing Craft compelling product storytelling that highlights Cozey’s design, functionality, and unique value for each new product. Ensure clear, engaging messaging across digital, retail, and packaging to strengthen brand connection.   Collaborate with marketing on product launches and messaging, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and in-store displays from a product perspective.  Optimize web configuration layouts and merchandising strategies by working closely with store teams to enhance product presentation, improve navigation, and create an engaging shopping environment.  Stay ahead of market trends by researching industry shifts, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine product positioning and identify new opportunities.  Use sales data to inform the product development team on product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends, helping guide priorities and decision-making.  We'd love to hear from you if you have A strong ability to tell engaging product stories that connect with customers.   Experience in merchandising, product marketing, or retail strategy, preferably in furniture or home goods.   A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze sales trends and market insights to drive strategic decisions.   Excellent collaboration skills, working seamlessly with marketing, retail, and demand planning teams.   A passion for optimizing the customer journey, from online storytelling to in-store merchandising.   We care about you  You will receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package.  Endless opportunities for personal and professional growth in a fast-growing start-up.  A generous PTO policy that allows you the time you need to recharge.  A role where your strategies and decisions directly influence the company’s operations and growth.  A workspace where everyone is welcomed, heard, and valued.
