Migration Consultant

As a member of the migration team, Itergy Migration Consultants play a key role in the success of consolidation and migration projects. They are the lead technical resources during client engagements, provide guidance through the process of designing and implementing the migration solution while addressing client challenges and problems and working with Itergy’s Project Managers and Senior and Principal Consultants ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Discovering, scoping and participate in designing an AD & M365 migration technical solution.


• Configure Quest on Demand migration tools based on the design.


• Performing as the technical lead and involved in hands-on delivery.


• Providing project planning input to the project manager and managing the delivery team.


• Designing and running workshops to scope projects and technical designs ensuring project work results meet client requirements and priorities.


• Helping Project Managers in identifying, minimizing, mitigating, reporting and tracking exposure and risks on projects.


• Facilitating client meetings.


• Applying and ensuring alignment to Itergy methodologies and best practices in the delivery of work to clients and ensuring client satisfaction.


• Accountable for all end-to-end project technical quality and success, including scope, timeline and budget.

Experience 

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in delivering Microsoft infrastructure, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and M365 projects as a technical lead.


• Minimum of 5+ years of experience operating and supporting IT infrastructure.


• Experience configuring the Quest On Demand SaaS migration tool.


• Experience scoping, discovering, developing, and building complex designs and completing the build and deployments.


• Ability to analyze, apply critical thinking skills, and understand client business processes, and map new process and technology solutions to solve their business challenges.


• Excellent documentation skills.


• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Consultant en migration
À titre de membre de l’équipe de migration, les Consultants en migration d’Itergy jouent un rôle clé dans la réussite des projets de consolidation et de migration. Ils agissent comme principales ressources techniques lors des mandats clients, guident la conception et la mise en œuvre des solutions de migration, tout en répondant aux enjeux et défis des clients. Ils collaborent étroitement avec les chefs de projet, ainsi qu’avec les consultants séniors et principaux, afin d’assurer la livraison réussie de projets de niveau entreprise.

Responsabilités du poste

• Découvrir, définir la portée et participer à la conception de solutions techniques de migration Active Directory et M365.


• Configurer les outils de migration Quest On Demand conformément à la conception approuvée.
  Agir comme responsable technique et participer activement à la livraison des projets.
  


• Fournir des intrants à la planification des projets en collaboration avec le chef de projet et encadrer l’équipe de livraison.


• Concevoir et animer des ateliers visant à définir la portée des projets et les conceptions techniques, afin d’assurer que les résultats répondent aux exigences et priorités des clients.


• Appuyer les chefs de projet dans l’identification, la réduction, l’atténuation, le suivi et la communication des risques et enjeux liés aux projets.


• Animer et faciliter les rencontres avec les clients.


• Appliquer et assurer l’alignement avec les méthodologies et meilleures pratiques d’Itergy dans la livraison des mandats, tout en veillant à la satisfaction des clients.


• Être responsable de la qualité technique et du succès global des projets, incluant la portée, l’échéancier et le budget.

Expérience et compétences requises

• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience à titre de responsable technique dans la livraison de projets d’infrastructure Microsoft, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) et Microsoft 365.


• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en exploitation et en soutien d’infrastructures TI.


• Expérience en configuration de l’outil de migration Quest On Demand (SaaS).


• Expérience en définition de la portée, découverte, conception de solutions complexes ainsi qu’en déploiement et mise en production.


• Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de pensée critique et de compréhension des processus d’affaires des clients, avec l’aptitude à traduire ces besoins en solutions technologiques adaptées.


• Excellentes compétences en documentation.


• Compétences exceptionnelles en communication verbale, écrite et en présentation.
