While this position is a maternity leave coverage, we’re a growing organization and always looking to bring strong team members on board long-term. If you're a team player with a strong knowledge of medical terminology and a passion for delivering excellent care, we want to hear from you!

  • Maintain and update patient records in our electronic medical system

  • Accurately measure and document vital signs for each patient

  • Share collected information with the medical team to ensure coordinated care

  • Handle confidential communications via phone, email, fax, and mail

  • Perform administrative tasks and clerical duties to support the clinic’s operations

  • Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and equipment

  • Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies, placing orders as necessary

What You Bring to the Table

  • A Medical Secretary, Medical Office Assistant, or Unit Clerk diploma is preferred

  • Experience with Accuro and Connect Care is a strong asset

  • A solid understanding of medical terminology and record maintenance

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience handling confidential information and knowledge of data privacy laws

What We Offer
At Satori, we’re committed to supporting the well-being of our team. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes health, dental, and vision benefits, as well as access to our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). Team members enjoy paid personal days, vacation time, and a consistent weekday schedule.
We’re committed to offering our employees an environment where you can grow, thrive, and make a lasting impact on the health of the communities we serve.
