Overview

Paladin Security is looking for a Mobile Patrol Guard to join our dedicated team in Windsor, Ontario. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of clients, staff, and property while conducting patrols and responding to incidents across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Remain alert and observant during patrols, maintaining focus while walking or standing for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, fellow guards, clients, and Paladin management staff.
• Ensure all site staff follow Paladin Security policies and procedures.
• Accurately document incidents and pass reports to Shift Leads, Dispatchers, clients, and Paladin leadership.
• Conduct mobile patrols diligently and respond promptly to security incidents and complaints.
• Inspect and report vehicle deficiencies to Paladin leadership immediately.
• Work independently and remain self-motivated throughout the shift.
• Uphold a professional appearance and attitude, ensuring high standards of conduct and service.
• Enforce company and site rules in accordance with federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
• Record and address any discrepancies, safety hazards, or deficiencies identified during patrols.
• Provide courteous assistance to the public and respond immediately to emergencies, coordinating responses as per established procedures.

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid G Class Driver’s License
• Clean driving abstract with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C certification
• Diploma or currently working toward one in Police Foundations or Border Services
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong situational awareness and ability to work independently
