Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, articulate, and reliable Model Home Ambassador to represent Sunshine Harbour, an exclusive waterfront development located in the heart of Orillia. This is a part-time, in-person opportunity ideal for someone with a polished demeanor who enjoys interacting with the public and supporting new home sales in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors to the model home warmly and professionally


• Provide general information about the project, site features, and available layouts


• Guide guests through the model home, highlighting key design features and finishes


• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom environment


• Collect and record visitor information and feedback


• Communicate all qualified leads and notes to the Sales Representative promptly


• Assist with light administrative tasks and event setup if required


• Uphold the Sunshine Harbour brand and enhance the guest experience

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills


• Friendly, confident, and professional appearance


• Organized and attentive to detail


• Ability to work independently and remain punctual


• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service is considered an asset
  

Start Date: May 2, 2026

Duration: Approximately 5 months

Pay: $22 / hour

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm
