🚨 We’re Hiring: Model Maker at PCL Graphics (Full-Time, In-Person)

Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves working with your hands and building things from scratch?

PCL Graphics is looking for a Model Maker to join our production team and bring ideas to life — one prototype at a time.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and bond materials like acrylic, wood, and plastics with precision — including bubble-free gluing and edge polishing
• Sand, paint, and finish 3D-printed and CNC-cut parts to perfection
• Work with a variety of tools and technologies:
  • 3D printers
  • Laser cutters
  • CNC machines
  • Spray booths and hand tools
• Assist with prototype development and short-run production of architectural models, signage, and display components
• Collaborate with designers and production managers to ensure each piece meets the highest standards

🎨 You Should Be:

• Detail-oriented and proud of clean work — you know how to avoid glue marks, paint runs, or rough edges
• Comfortable using power tools, sanding blocks, glue applicators, and more
• Open to learning and growing with advanced fabrication tools
• Able to follow drawings or sketches and work both independently and with a team

🧠 Bonus If You:

• Have experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, Fusion360, or Illustrator
• Have a background in industrial design, model making, fabrication, or signage
