Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and personable Screen Technician to join our field team. You’ll be responsible for installing and servicing screen doors, windows, motorized screens, and enclosures at customer homes across the region. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing role.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, repair, and service retractable screen doors, screen windows, motorized units, and enclosures


• Drive to customer homes using a company-provided vehicle


• Conduct on-site assessments and provide solutions tailored to each client’s needs


• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the process


• Maintain clean, organized tools and job sites


• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within established timelines


• Collaborate with the team and management to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in home improvement, renovations, construction, or similar trades


• Background in customer service – you enjoy helping people and making their homes better


• Hands-on experience with screen systems (doors, windows, enclosures, motorized screens) is a strong asset


• Comfortable using power tools and working on ladders


• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently
