Lethbridge School Division is looking for the ideal candidate for the position of Division Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, efficient data entry, strong computer skills, a sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position will be responsible for administrative functions and serve as a contact person for the Off Campus Education (OCE) Program within the Division of Instructional Services.

The Role
This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Off Campus Education (OCE) Program. As a member of our Instructional Services team, the role will focus on screening students for the OCE Program, communicating with parents, facilitating student job shadows or placements, managing student records, data entry, and assisting with event planning.
This position requires the following:
The successful candidate must be highly confidential, a self-starter, personable, able to positively interact with the public, be a team player, and have proven administrative skills. The individual must be flexible, decisive, be able to multi-task, and display a high level of initiative and maturity. A strong technology background is essential, including intermediate level skills within Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker and willing to find creative solutions.
What will you work?
1.0 FTE (35 hours per week)
There is a requirement to work during the summer and other student breaks, therefore the vacation schedule will be determined by the supervisor.

Salary range for this position is $49,000 - 51,000 depending on education and experience.
