RESPONSIBILITIES

Nail Services

• Perform nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and other nail and skin treatments using advanced techniques and high-quality products.


• Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and products, demonstrating an understanding of color theory and skin tones, tailored to clients’ needs, concerns, and goals.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area while adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Client Experience

• Build trusting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, exceptional service.


• Offer follow-up recommendations and establish personalized nail care routines to encourage long-term client loyalty.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with other nail technicians and team members to create a cohesive, positive, and accountable work environment.


• Share knowledge, ideas, and best practices to collectively achieve department goals and client satisfaction.

Representing Rennaï

• Represent our luxury beauty retail brand with pride and professionalism.


• Embody the brand’s values, authenticity, and aesthetic through a polished appearance and impeccable style.

Ongoing Training

• Maintain a growth mindset by staying updated on industry developments.


• Participate in product training and brand events.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Valid Nail Technician license or certification from an accredited institution


• Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a high-volume retail, spa, health club, or hospitality environment


• Strong knowledge of nail services, trends, techniques, client preferences, and treatments, with a focus on luxury brands/products


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (French and English)


• Outstanding client service and relationship-building skills with a strong sales mindset


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
