Ready to take on complex infrastructure challenges and drive real technical improvements?

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Virtualisation & Storage Engineer to take ownership of business-critical infrastructure, resolve complex Tier 3 issues and improve performance, resilience and automation.

What you’ll be doing:

• 
  

  Managing and optimising VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshooting complex Tier 3 infrastructure issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting enterprise storage solutions, including NetApp, Pure Storage and SAN/NAS.

  
  


• 
  

  Improving infrastructure performance, availability and resilience.

  
  


• 
  

  Managing backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Veeam.

  
  


• 
  

  Developing automation and scripts to improve efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Exploring smarter monitoring and AI-driven infrastructure operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Sharing expertise and supporting continuous improvement across technical teams.

  
  

️ What we’re looking for:

• 
  

  Strong experience in virtualisation, enterprise storage and Tier 3 support.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter knowledge.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with enterprise storage technologies.

  
  


• 
  

  Scripting skills in PowerShell, PowerCLI, Python or Bash.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Veeam and backup/recovery solutions.

  
  

⭐ Proxmox experience would be a significant advantage!
