Job Summary: At Osmow's, we’re on an exciting journey to take our brand to new heights! As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic New Restaurant Opener & Customer Experience Ambassador to
Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
New Restaurant Opening Support, travel required within Canada and U.S.
Demonstrating the excellence of customer experience.
Checking an existing restaurant transfer.
Assist with the setup and preparation of new restaurant locations prior to opening.
Support the execution of opening plans, timelines, and operational checklists.
Ensure all equipment, supplies, inventory, and operational tools are in place before opening.
Participate in soft openings, grand openings, and post-opening support activities.
Help identify and resolve operational challenges during the opening process.
Training & Operations
Support the onboarding and training of new restaurant team members.
Reinforce company operating standards, policies, and procedures.
Assist management teams in executing opening-day operations and service standards.
Provide hands-on support in all restaurant functions, including food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and inventory management.
Quality & Compliance.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health and safety, and operational standards.
Conduct opening readiness checks and communicate deficiencies to management.
Assist with quality audits and follow-up action plans during the opening period.
Team Support.
Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Restaurant Leadership teams to ensure a successful launch.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for new team members.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting company culture and values.
Additional Duties.
Travel to restaurant locations as required.
Assist with operational projects and initiatives related to restaurant openings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Previous experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or food service operations preferred.
Experience supporting restaurant openings is considered an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is an asset.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in kitchen and restaurant environments.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs (15.9 kg).
Ability to perform cleaning, setup, and operational support tasks as required.
Working Conditions
Frequent travel to restaurant locations is required.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on opening schedules and business needs.
Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Combination of restaurant-based and administrative responsibilities.
Compensation & Posting Details
Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
