NEWSTAR Specialist (AB or BC)

You will

• Champion, create and uphold our ERP system structure for the Estimating department


• Support Estimating, Sales and Interior Design teams by ensuring product and option availability throughout the platform


• Ability to troubleshoot and rectify option and product related issues for the operational teams


• Comfortable training others and leading cross-functional team training sessions


• Manage data consistency and structure in our database


• Assist in creating new products and options to support estimating production and ensure they are developed in an accurate and efficient manner


• Create systematic solutions to support operational needs


• Be the voice of the business and work closely with IS team


• Manage external relationships and internal customers


• Create system process documentation and training materials


• Assist in identifying key data points for report creation


• Be a key member and role model in ongoing Newstar development and projects


• Interact and provide recommendations to the Senior Management team

You have

• Minimum 5 years experience working with Constellation/Newstar platform (must)


• A good understanding of Newstar workflows and system requirements


• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written


• Priority will be given to candidates with a strong Purchasing/Estimating background, working within the Newstar environment 


• A team spirit attitude


• Strong organizational skills and are extremely detail-oriented
