Niche Dog Daycare- Canine Coach Full Time

Niche Dog Daycare is growing, and we’re looking for a Canine Coach to join our dedicated team at our facility serving the Greater Moncton area. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, friendly, and passionate about dog behavior, training, cleanliness, and safety.

At Niche, we believe daycare is more than supervision. It’s about structured care, learning, and enrichment for every dog in our program.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and engage dogs in our small dog and large dog rooms


• Actively coach and guide dogs using safe, humane, training-focused methods


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility at all times


• Monitor dog behavior, group dynamics, and energy levels


• Assist with dog boarding care, including feeding, cleaning, and enrichment


• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive experience for dogs and coworkers


• Follow and uphold Niche Dog Daycare’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level candidates welcome; experience with dogs is a strong asset


• Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes, temperaments, and energy levels


• Strong interest in dog training and behavior


• Bilingual in English and French is an asset


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Physically able to be on your feet, clean, and manage active dogs


• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
