    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to department leads and sales athletes to drive performance and development.
    • Assist in developing talent and preparing team members for future leadership opportunities.
    • Support recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent aligned with the brand vision.
    • Help manage performance conversations, development plans, and recognition for team members.
    • Ensure consistent execution of Retailors selling techniques and service standards.
    • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, coaching the team to deliver a premium shopping experience.
    • Assist in staff planning and scheduling to align with business needs and ensure operational efficiency.

  • Support the Head Coach in maintaining excellence in store experience, presentation, and brand standards.
    • Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are implemented according to brand standards.
    • Help ensure operational procedures and best practices are followed consistently.
    • Maintain knowledge of the Process and Procedure Manual and support team adherence.
    • Partner with the Head Coach and Director of Retail Operations to support loss prevention initiatives and inventory management goals.
    • Ensure the team remains compliant with all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Policy Manual.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a multi-department environment.
    • Strong business acumen with proven sales and customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate teams while supporting change and business growth.
    • Flexible to work retail hours including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
