Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of retail and wholesale locations to achieve sales, service, and profitability targets. Lead store teams while managing inventory, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.

Main Duties

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and coaching.
• Manage inventory control processes, stock replenishment, ordering, and loss prevention measures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional activities to meet targets.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare sales and expense reports, and support budget planning and cost control.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complex customer inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and applicable retail standards.

Requirements

• Post -secondary education in business, retail management, commerce or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Several years of supervisory or management experience in retail or wholesale operations.
• Familiarity with point -of -sale systems, inventory management software, and basic reporting tools.
• Strong numeracy skills and experience preparing or interpreting sales and financial reports.
• Excellent communication, leadership and staff development abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by store operations.
