Job Summary

Provide attentive beverage service to guests in a dynamic hospitality environment. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non -alcoholic drinks while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and accurate transaction records.

Main Duties

• Prepare and mix alcoholic and non -alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, make recommendations, and deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Operate point -of -sale systems, process payments, and reconcile cash and sales at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management or suppliers.
• Verify customer age, practice responsible service, and comply with applicable liquor regulations and safety policies.

Requirements

• Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Previous experience in bartending, beverage service, or a related hospitality role preferred.
• Ability to operate point -of -sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast -paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
