Job Description - North America Field Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

North America Field Marketing Manager

  • Partner with sales and partner executives to define, evolve and communicate marketing plans and performance to goal as market dynamics evolve to ensure alignment of goals, objectives and strategies with direct and indirect revenue plans
  • Closely collaborate with sales leadership and both corporate and solutions marketing teams to successfully execute on top-level priorities
  • Strong event planning and execution skills, 80-90% of time is spent managing events
  • Oversee execution of geographically focused campaigns and activities across a variety of channels including digital marketing, and webinars/virtual events
  • Develop the annual and quarterly marketing plans in alignment with global marketing initiatives
  • Connect field programs with Sales and Demand Generation to maximize overall marketing investments and ensure the continuation of prospect/customer journeys
  • Create and manage territory program budget, measure ROI of field marketing tactics through metrics analysis and reporting
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, report and present on campaign and KPI performance, regional success, deliverables and programs among teams and to marketing and sales management
  • Be a great leader to your team. Guide and support their marketing efforts. Be a good listener and team motivator. Identify where you can help them grow and develop.
  • Basics:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in software marketing, B2B preferred
  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven ability to work closely and successfully with a sales organization
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales automation/CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytics, reporting, and written communication skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
  • Previous experience in Simulation, HPC or Data Analytics is highly preferred, but not required
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20%
