Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, Surgery, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the ADVANCED WOUND CARE NURSE is responsible for the overall provision of expert nursing care for patients with complex lower limb wounds; advancing nursing practice in this area of specialization; and performing other related duties as assigned.
*NOTE: If there are no applicants meeting the advanced wound care nursing program requirement, consideration will be given to those applicants meeting the enrollment eligibility requirements for a recognized program. Successful completion of the Program must be achieved within one year from commencement in position as a condition of employment. (consideration in timeline is considered based on course availability).
