Job Description: Reporting to the designated Health Services Manager/Health Services Administrator, the Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of care and services are provided to residents/clients. Licenses

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)


• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)


• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable


• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable


• Nursing diploma is acceptable
