• Design, implement, and evaluate nursing
  education programs, workshops, and training sessions that align with current
  healthcare practices and standards.
  
• Provide engaging and effective instruction to
  nursing staff, students, and other healthcare professionals, utilizing various
  teaching methods and technologies.
  
• Evaluate the competencies and performance of
  nursing staff and students through assessments, feedback, and practical
  demonstrations.
  
• Serve as a mentor and resource for nurses,
  providing guidance on clinical practices, professional development, and career
  advancement.
  
• Work with healthcare leadership and
  interdisciplinary teams to identify educational needs and develop strategies to
  address gaps in knowledge and skills.
  
• Promote and integrate evidence-based practices
  into educational programs, encouraging a culture of research and innovation.
  
• Stay current with trends in nursing education,
  healthcare regulations, and best practices to ensure that programs are relevant
  and effective.
  
• Assist in the development and revision of
  nursing policies and procedures to enhance educational standards and patient
  care.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master’s degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
  
•  Active nursing license in [insert relevant state
  or region.
  
•  Proven experience as a nurse educator or in a
  related educational role, with a strong understanding of nursing practices and
  education methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  to engage and motivate learners.
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage
  educational programs and resources effectively.
  
• Ability to assess educational needs and develop
  tailored programs to meet those needs.
  
• Certification in Nurse Education (CNE) or
  similar credentials preferred.
