Position: 1 Office Administrator ($27.00 Per Hour) Permanent, Full Time (30-40 Hours per week) required immediately for V.J Pamensky Canada Inc.

Work Location: 64 Samor Rd, North York, ON, M6A 1J6

Specific Skills

· Conduct analyses and oversee administrative related to budgeting.

· Oversee and participate in the full cycle of accounts payable and administrative department including – Month end, review of the AP Aging Report, co-ordinate the processing of employees’ expense reports and processing credit card payment with vendors.

· Participate with management in the review of operating and administrative expenses to prior year and provide explanations for any significant variances.

· Establish work priorities, verify accuracy, deadlines are met and procedures are followed.

· Prepare periodic and special reports.

· Maintain files and records (both digital and paper) with effective filing systems.

· Implement and maintain policies and procedures per established company guidelines.

· Ensure office equipment is maintained and working smoothly.
