Job Description - Office Support Administrator


League Projects Ltd. is looking for an Office Support Administrator to join our team in our Brooks, AB office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office. 


The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. This position provides administrative support to the Construction Management team by assisting with construction records, collecting and organizing job data, scanning and documenting, miscellaneous tasks assigned for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office software
  • Answer and administer calls and conversations in a professional and polite manner
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Document and file management
  • Assist in editing of reports, proposals and letters
  • Data entry as required
  • Proficiently administer all clerical duties including but not limited to typing, document preparation, filing and scanning
  • Retrieve documents as required
  • Submit documents to applicable departments as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Update and maintain logs
  • Additional duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant preferred
  • Strong organizational, verbal communication, and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and Word)
