FIELD LEVEL POSITIONS

1. Technician (Entry Level)

• The Role: General lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming) in summer; snow clearing (shoveling, snow blowers) in winter.


• Pay: $19 – $22/hr (Summer) | $24 – $27/hr (Winter).


• Requirements: Physically fit (lift 50 lbs), dependable, and a positive team player. Legally authorized to work in Canada.

2. Crew Lead (Experienced)

• The Role: Supervise a small crew, operate heavy small-engine equipment (skid steers, tractors), and manage daily site quality and reporting.


• Pay: Starts at $25/hr (Summer) | $30/hr or Guaranteed Income options (Winter).


• Requirements: 2+ years of industry experience, Class 5 License (truck/trailer experience), and the ability to motivate others.

3. Field Supervisor (Leadership)

• The Role: Manage multiple crews via Slack/LMN, lead daily huddles, conduct quality audits, and oversee safety compliance and asset management.


• Pay: $29 – $34/hr + Monthly Cell Phone Allowance + Company Vehicle.


• Requirements: 3+ years experience, leadership background, tech-savvy, and a clean Class 5 License.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be willing to work outdoors in all conditions (heat, rain, extreme cold).


• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.


• Winter hours are on-call. We work when Mother Nature says so!
