Position Summary

Our Subscription Fulfillment team plays a critical role in supporting and reinforcing daily operational activities globally. This position is based in the province of Quebec reporting to the Subscription Fulfillment Manager.
In this role, you will...
Learn and develop knowledge of Cansel’s Subscription, Licensing, and Warranty processes
Assist with process improvements to help increase efficiency and accuracy
Follow established procedures to support daily operations
Create and receive purchase orders (POs)
Place product orders with Trimble
Monitor shared mailboxes, emergency technical support chats, and CC renewals chats, delivery monitor, open orders & purchase requisitions
Process Can-Net and RTN orders
Issue licenses, warranties, and subscriptions using Trimble Virtual Warehouse
Provide operational and administrative support to Sales and Technical Support teams related to subscription, licensing, and fulfillment activities
About you...
We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who thrives in an operational environment and works well both independently and as part of a team. To be successful in this Operations Admin / Fulfillment role, you will bring the following qualifications and attributes:
Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with SAP or an equivalent ERP system in an operations or fulfillment environment
Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM platform
Strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service to both external customers and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized, self-disciplined, and proactive in taking initiative
Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, operations administration, or fulfillment-related roles
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated reliability and consistency with previous employers
