What You’ll Do:
- Support yard operations and logistics teams from an on-site container office
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and equipment tracking
- Maintain and organize key data using Excel and other tools
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist both the Yard Manager (operationally) and Director of Sales (administratively)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Excel skills — able to manage and manipulate data efficiently
- Comfortable working in a rugged, on-site environment (container office)
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (Construction Management or related field a plus)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
