NHC 24/7 is a growing restoration company, and we're looking for an energetic, organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team!

You'll be an important part of our operations and administrative team, helping keep daily activities running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operations Coordination: Work alongside the operations team to assist with scheduling, dispatching, job coordination and daily project activities.


• Team & Client Communication: Serve as one of the main points of contact for daily operations, sharing responsibilities with other team members while supporting clients, project managers and field crews.


• Administrative & Invoicing Support: Assist with invoicing preparation, job documentation, equipment tracking, email correspondence and general office administration.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a busy environment.


• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.


• Experience in restoration, construction or administration is an asset.


• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.


• On-call: Rotating dispatch coverage approximately every five weeks.


• Reporting to: Project Management (Operations) and Invoicing & Administration.
