Position Overview


As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining the training module database and its materials. You will collaborate with various manufacturing departments to map out training items, procedures, processes, and more, ensuring the creation and upload of appropriate materials into the training database. Your role will be crucial in developing procedures, online videos, training matrices, troubleshooting guides, support documents, and more. Additionally, you will work closely with other company sites across North America to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of the training module database.


Key Responsibilities



  • Training Module Development: Build, develop, and maintain the training module database and its materials.

  • Collaboration: Work with all manufacturing departments to map out every training item, procedure, process, etc., for their staff and then create/upload appropriate material into the training database.

  • Content Creation: Develop procedures, online videos, training matrices, troubleshooting guides, support documents, and more.

  • Continuous Improvement: Ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of the training module database.

  • Cross-Site Collaboration: Collaborate with other company sites across North America to standardize and improve training materials.


Qualifications



  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with database management and content creation tools.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and across multiple locations.

  • Language: Bilingual – French & English, verbal & written.
