The 18-acre purpose-built campus includes academic teaching and learning spaces, student housing, a dining area, a library, an athletic centre and a sports field. The campus enables CapU to begin serving students and collaborating with local partners with research and innovation activities in the Sea-to-Sky corridor.
What you’ll do
The Operations Manager, Squamish reporting to the Associate Vice-president, Squamish ( AVPS ) is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the campus, coordinating various activity and project integration between university units and departments, and collaborating with external partners to achieve the CapU goals for Squamish. The Operations Manager fosters strong relationships with university employees’ external constituents, and partners to contribute to a successful campus, distinct learning experiences, and thriving community connections. The role also creates and maintains effective operating practices and procedures and ensures compliance with university policies and procedures.

Our standard work week is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm. This position may include evenings, weekends and non-standard work weeks.

This position has a salary range of $92,139 (minimum) to $122,852 (midpoint) to $135,137 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will typically be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
