As our next Operations Technician – Electrician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems that support high‑volume manufacturing operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, repair, maintain, and test industrial electrical equipment and control systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions across plant operations
• Maintain and support PLC systems used in manufacturing equipment
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs and maintain records
• Test electrical systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance
• Inspect wiring, circuits, and grounding systems to ensure proper installation
• Support manufacturing equipment including presses, grinding, and sintering systems
• Perform motor repairs and assist with electrical upgrades as required
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and quality systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Electrical trade certification (Industrial Electrician or equivalent) or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems and industrial controls
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings
• Understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and safety requirements
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with powder metal processes (presses, grinding, sintering)
• Knowledge of pneumatics and metal stamping equipment
• Experience operating or maintaining material handling equipment
• Experience working in heavy manufacturing environments
