Optician, Retail Optical - Casual

Our solis optics - Vancouver - Yaletown, a division of FYihealth group, location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as an Optician!

This position is a casual role, working 0-19 hours per week, our location is open Mondays to Saturdays, Saturday is a requirement.  

What Will You Be Doing?  

• Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle


• Assisting with selection of frames to suit your client’s aesthetic and performance needs


• Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills


• Performing repairs and adjustments to customers' eyewear


• Contributing to store retail sales goals 

What Do You Bring?  

• Registered Optician in British Columbia


• Minimum one years’ experience in an optical environment


• Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customers


• Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team


• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite


• Previous retail experience an asset

The expected starting compensation for this position is $25.15 - $31.44 per hour, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
