Support Oracle Fusion Payroll for United States Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space. 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, at least 5 years implementing or supporting Payroll Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Fusion Payroll for United States Participated in at least 1 or more full lifecycle implementation projects of Oracle Fusion HCM Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries Able to leverage Oracle Support tools and work with Oracle Support efficiently Able to leverage Oracle User Community resources
