Oracle Payroll Lead (31580)

The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant to lead our client's payroll system transformation for a long-term remote contract.

You will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll, ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll standards, and providing ongoing support to optimize payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects.
• Ensure payroll solutions adhere to Canadian regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Familiarity with Canadian payroll rules and regulations.
• Oracle Cloud Payroll certification (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and project management skills

Experience:

• Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Understanding of Canadian Payroll Rules & Regulations
• Mandatory : Has implementation experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Certification in Oracle cloud payroll (Not EBS, or PSFT)
