Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Order Entry Coordinator to accurately process customer orders and ensure a seamless order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer sales orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system.


• Review customer purchase orders for pricing, quantities, configurations and delivery requirements.


• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Shipping teams.


• Communicate order acknowledgements, delivery dates and status updates to customers.


• Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries.


• Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in order entry, customer service, sales administration or related role.


• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.


• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.


• ERP experience considered an asset.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay Transparency

The compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 CAD per hour depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
