OVERVIEW

 Veale Dentistry, part of Archway Dental Partners, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Orthodontist to join our growing dental practice in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. We are looking for a clinically strong, engaging provider who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and families and collaborating with general dentists and specialists to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized orthodontic treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment using appropriate fixed and removable appliances and clear aligner therapy.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on treatment recommendations, expectations, oral hygiene, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric dentists, and other specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records.
• Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience throughout the course of treatment.
• Follow all applicable clinical, infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development and growth of orthodontic services at the practice.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
• Active Massachusetts dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Applicable certifications and registrations required to practice.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellent patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with patients and families.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care.
