The Outreach and Recruitment Specialist, IYIP supports the outreach, engagement, and recruitment of youth across Canada for the International Youth Internship Program, an initiative focused on increasing access to international work experience for individuals facing employment barriers. Working in collaboration with the Director IYIP and General Manager of International Programs, the role contributes to the coordination of recruitment, communications, and engagement activities, as well as key administrative and logistical processes throughout the internship lifecycle. Through effective coordination and program support, the role helps expand access to international internship opportunities in partner countries such as Colombia, Togo, Peru, and Sierra Leone.
