Aftermarket Sales Representative Responsibilities
Achieve sales and gross profit goals established by the Aftermarket Sales Manager
Maintain regular contact with established customer accounts
Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts
Actively sell the full range of applicable aftermarket products, including parts, collision, and service offerings
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to all customers
Build strong relationships by making daily contact with major accounts
Maintain a working knowledge of vendor products, merchandising programs, and promotions
Utilize dealership parts, ordering, and inventory systems accurately and efficiently
Adhere to dealership credit policies and procedures

Aftermarket Sales Representative Requirements:
- Education: A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and ability. Additional product training preferred.
- Experience: Three years in parts merchandising and two years of truck parts sales or automotive parts sales.
- Licenses or Certificates: A valid driver’s license is required.
