Shift: Straight Evenings (4:00PM-12:00AM); 2-Week Rotation as needed (7:00AM-3:30PM; 4:00PM-12:00AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a production pace of approximately 30–60 parts per hour.


• Print labels and boxes


• Use knives and tape guns


• Operate box-on-demand machine, strapper, and pallet jacks


• Label, scan, and move parts and carts


• Replace cardboard, strapping, foam rolls, bubble wrap, tape, and labels


• Perform cleaning, sweeping, and waste removal


• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)


• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs; with team lifts of up to 100 lbs


• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and quality


• Ability to read and follow written instructions


• Dependable team player who communicates clearly and works effectively with others


• Problem-solving mindset with initiative to identify and implement process improvements


• Ability to meet deadlines and consistently achieve daily production targets
